The resort is “Self Check-In”. A lockbox will be on the side of the cabin you reserved, a code will be given to you in your confirmation email, and a key will be in the lockbox. Upon departing you will merely lock the cabin and place the key in the lockbox.
9:00am
When you check-out:
1) Empty all garbage in dumpster (see property map for location of dumpster).
2) All food must be removed the kitchen, cabinets, refrigerator and freezer.
3) Ensure all kitchen items are replaced in the cabin you got them from (ensure items did not get mixed up between cabins if you had a group between cabins).
4) Turn off AC unit.
5) Close windows.
6) Replace key in lockbox.
The stay is non-refundable. We have this policy because once booked, we do not market those dates as available on any of our booking sites, therefore we miss out on any other interested party for those dates. Many reservations are made a year in advance, making it difficult to fill the dates weeks or months out.
